I am a Christian counselor providing online therapy for teenagers and adults across Florida, supporting individuals, parents, and ministry leaders navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
With over 15 years of ministry experience, my background includes working with individuals and families in both ministry and clinical settings. Originally from the UK, I moved to the United States as a missionary and have since served in roles focused on emotional and spiritual care.
My experience includes serving families through Metro Ministries, working in inner healing environments with Ellel Ministries in Tampa, and leading freedom and prayer ministries as a director and associate pastor at The Crossing Church.
These experiences shape how I support clients today—offering compassionate, practical, and grounded care while honoring each person’s unique journey.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, parenting pressures, teenage challenges, emotional strain, or the weight of leadership or ministry, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped to move forward..
